Position Duties:

Engage in financial analysis and prepare valuation modeling for potential merger and acquisition transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives. Gather and organize complex financial information for consideration of our firm's internal stakeholders and our clients and present our firm's value proposition and capabilities to prospective clients. Monitor industry trends, market conditions and regulatory developments to identify potential opportunities and risks for our clients. Perform tasks and complete assignments with due diligence to ensure that our clients' transactions are compliant with technological and regulatory requirements. Consult with our existing and prospective clients, determine the appropriate services and assist to open accounts and take orders.

Position Requirements: 

Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Rate of Pay:

$94,203.00/year
