Managing Director

Matt Jachera, joined Boustead Securities, LLC and Sutter Securities, Inc. in 2024 as Managing Director, Secondary Offerings. Over the past six years Mr. Jachera has focused primarily on raising capital and placing new issues such as IPO’s, Follow-On’s, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements and PIPES for lower middle market companies. Mr. Jachera brings experience, knowledge and meaningful relationships to the firm as he works to expand Boustead’s Follow-On and Secondary offerings.

 

Prior to joining Boustead Securities, LLC and Sutter Securities Inc, he managed the US Equity Syndicate desk at Berenberg Capital Markets. At Berenberg Mr. Jachera was responsible for managing the deal and syndicate process while placing large quantities of stock during the firm’s biggest transactions to date. Prior to Berenberg Mr. Jachera worked at several boutique Investment Banks focusing on raising capital for lower Middle Market Companies. Throughout his career Mr. Jachera has successfully placed more than $200,000,000 worth of new issue IPOs and Secondary Offerings as a consistent top producer. In total he has been involved in well over 250 offerings with a total deal value greater than $1,000,000,000.

 

Mr. Jachera grew up in Pequannock, NJ and attended Rutgers University Business School in New Brunswick where he earned a B.S. in Finance. Mr. Jachera enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling, watching sports.

 

He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and SIE licenses.
