Managing Director

Omid Shokraee joined Boustead Securities in 2021 as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group. His core responsibilities include conducting research and due diligence, financial and valuation analysis, project management, as well as the preparation of offering materials and investor presentations.

Prior to joining Boustead Securities, Mr. Shokraee worked for Sutter Securities spending time in both the Crowdfunding and Retail Accounts divisions of the firm. He also worked in the insurance industry for Scottish American where he was a Financial Operations Manager charged with developing and building out their premium finance division.

 

Mr. Shokraee graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics.
